My name is Tunjung Mahatmanto. I’m married to Suci, and we live in a small nice white house (not that WHITE HOUSE) in Malang. I’m a lecturer in Brawijaya University, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Department of Food Technology. I also teach traditional medicine in PULE-3 School of Traditional Medicine.

I’m interested in two main subjects, Biochemical Sciences and Traditional Medicine. I graduated from Brawijaya University (B.Sc in Food & Agricultural Technology), Bandung Institute of Technology (M.Sc in Biochemistry), and PULE-3 School of Traditional Medicine. In my spare time, I practice traditional medicine (acupuncture, acupressure, reflex massage, traditional herbs) in my home clinic.

PEKERTI (Pelatihan Pengembangan Ketrampilan Dasar Teknik Instruksional) is a training program for new lecturers (one of which is me) so that they could deliver a dynamic, systematic, and an orderly oriented lecture.

STMJ Beverage

STMJ is the mixed beverage between milk, egg, honey, and gingger. It’s serve in hot. This is very nice beverege in the cold place. Like me, when move to malang, this is one of my favourite beverage.

You can found many STMJ cafe in Malang. Many cafe sale this beverage. If you go to Malang, you can try this beverage at STMJ Glintung cafe or Kopi Jalanan cafe.
